Terms and Conditions

1.1. These general conditions of sale govern the offer and sale of securities access (“Titles”) to events and shows organized by Music Innovation Hub (“MIH”). THE Securities are documents, including in digital format, issued by MIH which legitimize the bearer to access the premises and/or services indicated on the documents themselves. The Securities are issued through MTicket S.r.l., with registered office in Viale Cassala 36, 20143 Milan P. I./C.F.: 10135930963 (“MTicket”) using specific software owned by the same.

1.2. The offer and remote sale of the Securities are subject to the regulations referred to in Chapter I, Title III (articles 45 et seq.) of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 (“Consumer Code”) and of which to Legislative Decree 9 April 2003, n. 70, containing the regulation of trade electronic. The online publication of these general conditions and confirmation of the purchase order provided to the user are valid as "confirmation of the contract concluded on a durable medium” pursuant to art. 51, paragraph 7 of the Consumer Code.

2.1. The purchase and sale contracts of the Securities regulated by these general conditions (“Contracts”) may be concluded from time to time by the subjects interested in participating in the events with MIH in various modalities.

2.2 In the case of remote sales, the Securities can be purchased at the end of the procedure permitted by the MTicket S.r.l. software and consisting of the following phases:

2.3 To complete the procedure referred to in point 2.2, the user has 15 minutes to complete the purchase with payment confirmation; once the time has expired, the Securities selected will be removed from the cart and publicly returned to sale. The user must provide your personal data and, if requested, the data of each individual for whom it is entitled to purchase a Security. The buyer represents and warrants that all information relating to personal data provided during the order process is updated, complete, accurate and truthful and authorizes MIH to verify the correctness of the data personal and any other information provided.

2.4 If potential purchasers encounter problems or difficulties in purchasing the Securities referred to in the previous paragraphs and, especially, where they do not receive the email from confirmation of the conclusion of the Contracts and/or a copy of the purchased Title, must inform MIH in writing of the problem encountered by sending an email to: tickets@linecheck.it. This communication must contain the reference of the in the subject Contract (alphanumeric code indicated in the payment confirmation).

With regard to the Securities that can be purchased through the sales portal, the user acknowledges and acknowledges that:

4.1. MIH makes the sales price of each Security public on its website and in ticket office. The price of the Titles of a cultural initiative could vary over time, fixed it being understood that the price accepted by the user at the time of conclusion of the Contract is fixed and invariable.

4.2. The price of the Securities, as well as service and pre-sale fees, as well as any other prices shown must include VAT.

4.3. Payment of the price will be made in legal tender currency in Italy.

4.4.Payment for the Securities can be made using credit cards belonging to the circuits indicated in the purchase process. MIH reserves the right to apply limitations and exclusions to payment instruments that can be used by the user for the payment of the Securities.

5.1. The discounts available to users are disclosed by MIH in its offer to the public.

5.2. If the user concludes the Contract with the application of a discount not due to due to your own error in filling in the data required by the procedure referred to in the art. 2.2 of these general conditions, or in any case in violation of the obligations assumed pursuant to of the art. 2.3, the Securities purchased by him at a discounted price will be considered invalid for the entrance. In this case, the user must – no later than 5 working days in advance of the start of the cultural initiative, regularize your purchase at the MIH ticket office, by integrating the personal consideration or proceeding with the repurchase of the Title (assuming that itself is still available).

6.1. Securities regularly purchased may be stored by users in one place safe until the date of the cultural initiative and, therefore, printed and shown to MIH staff used for checks or validated using special validation devices.

6.2 Tickets are personal and valid for one entry only and their sharing is prohibited duplication. The user may not transfer the purchased Securities or carry out any activities intermediate
